With nearly a decade of specialty in Visual Stress and Colorimetry DF Optometrists is one of London’s few centres of excellence in this field. We only perform Colorimetry using the gold standard Mk3 Colorimeter to ensure we treat with the utmost precision.
Our Meares-Irlen Syndrome/Visual Stress clinics are available for all patients, SFE funding may be available for Higher Education students. We are able to offer very convenient appointment times, including evenings and weekends, there is ample free parking in addition to both nearby tube & bus links.
David Fleischmann has a keen interest in Visual Stress and Binocular Vision. He has published research in the area of Meares-Irlen Syndrome, holds Fellowship of the International Institute of Colorimetry and is a Member of the Society for Coloured Lens Prescribers. He has worked as a specialist clinician in several highly regarded optometry practices running their Visual Stress clinics, including being in the SpLD clinic at the Institute of Optometry. In addition to his roles in DF Optometrists he is a Specialist Optometrist for Central Middlesex Hospital in both the Glaucoma Clinic and the Paediatric & Squint Clinics, in which he is also the Principal Optometrist.
